Q: How do you stop the lower part of the broken pinion shaft lock bolt in GM or Ford differentials from spinning because there are no threads left on it?

A: Using the Deluxe Differential Pinion Lock Bolt Extractor Kit can save you a lot of time in pulling out the broken pinion shaft lock bolt, but it can sometimes be difficult to keep the bolt from spinning.
