Q: Do you have the tools in stock?

A: Yes, we usually have any tools in stock that we advertise on the website. If we don't have them in stock, we have them drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Q: Can you help me with a question about a tool use?

A: Yes. We are a regular tool store and have people on our staff with decades of knowledge about tool use. More specifically, we have an older owner who knows EVERYTHING about tools, so either send us an email to sales@skywaytools.com or call us M-F 8-5 PST, Sat 10-5 PST at 1-888-886-6577 and we'll be happy to help you.

Q: What is your local telephone number?

A: 530-891-1495 - call us!

Q: Do you really ship the tools out within 24-48 hours?

A: Yes, we have the items in stock, we are here six days a week, and your order is the most important thing we've got to do each day. Try us out! We would love to help you with your tool needs.

Q: Do you service large companies, governmental agencies and public utilities? Can you bill those types of entities out correctly?

A: Yes, we sell to hundreds of house accounts, large corporations, governmental agencies and public utilities on a regular basis. We bill them out according to their requirements, so get in touch with us for help with that. Our Internet Coordinator is Vickie Sailors at 530-891-1495, 1-888-886-6577, or you can email her at sales@skywaytools.com and she'll be happy to help you.

Q: Is there really a little dog at your store:

A: Yes! We have a little dog here, a Cairn Terrier, named Hank Gillis. He is 10 years old and was once a rescue dog living at the pound. He was abandoned in the back yard of a foreclosure in 2010, and store owner Sherry Gillis drove out to the animal shelter and demanded he come home with her. He has been the greatest increase in value we've ever experienced, because we got him for $10 and he is worth $1 Million.

Q: Is SkywayTools.com really a family owned tool store:

A: Yes. SkywayTools.com is owned by husband and wife, Doug and Sherry Gillis and daughter, Suzanne. Our great-nephew, Lenny, is currently working for us part time.
