SHIPPING METHODS
Our experience has taught us that if you absolutely need a tool for your project as quickly as possible, please choose UPS. The US Postal Service is not always the most reliable method of shipping. We have a shipping rate shopper on the first page of the shopping cart. We offer both UPS and USPS methods of shipping through our automated rate shopping system on the website, but if you want it shipped with FedEx, we can do that, too. Just call us toll free at 1-888-886-6577 and we will take your order and help you figure out the best way to get the item you need. We do not charge a handling fee. The amount we charge you for shipping is the exact shipping amount for the weight of the tool to your zip code.

If you need an item immediately, please call our toll free number and let us know! 1-888-886-6577 We are open 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday throught Friday and 10:00am until 5:00pm, Saturdays, Pacific Standard Time, and we have staff prepared to help you with your order. The only way you can have a package delivered on Saturday is if you choose UPS special Saturday shipping and pay extra. All of the orders sent by UPS go out around 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. No orders are mailed out over the weekend. If you order something on Friday afternoon, don't expect it to arrive on Saturday unless you have paid a special rate for Saturday delivery. Time quotes for shipping are for business days only.

COMBINED SHIPPING
SkywayTools.com will be happy to combine shipping for purchases of multiple items from our online store. If you add more items to your order and purchase at one time you will save money on shipping costs. Spend $150 and receive FREE Ground Shipping within the 48 United States.

RETURN POLICY
You may return this item for any reason within 30 days of the date you receive it. The item must be returned in it's original packaging. No returns are allowed on items shipped outside the USA. Please do not purchase unless you agree with these terms.
